近日，義烏市場監管局蘇溪市場監管所接到一個投訴電話。投訴人聲稱買到了假冒偽劣衛生巾，手感、顏色、吸水性與之前使用的同款產品都不一樣。

“如果衛生巾是假的，原料有問題，那么對女性的傷害是非常直接和嚴重的?！眻谭ㄈ藛T初步了解情況后，意識到了潛在的危害，于是立即出動，趕往投訴人舉報的超市。

執法人員對比了投訴人提供的兩張同品牌同型號的衛生巾，發現確實有不少差異，于是立即對涉嫌侵權的衛生巾進行了扣押，并聯系該品牌衛生巾的生產廠家將樣品送過去進行真偽鑒定。經鑒定，這批衛生巾確實屬于假冒偽劣產品。

經過進一步深入調查，執法人員發現這家超市是通過“上門銷售”渠道購買這些衛生巾的?！吧祥T推銷”的人拍著胸脯保證，賣的時候這些衛生巾都是正品。然而，在執法人員調查過程中，當超市試圖再次聯系對方時，對方已經消失得無影無蹤。

According to the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law of the Republic of People's Republic of China (PRC), law enforcement officers confiscated and destroyed sanitary napkins and imposed fines on supermarkets. Subsequently, law enforcement officers also conducted investigations on other supermarkets and shops, and no sales of counterfeit and shoddy sanitary napkins were found.

市場監管部門提醒消費者，衛生巾等產品直接接觸皮膚，影響女性健康。請盡量選擇大型超市購買。發現假冒偽劣產品，及時撥打96150或向市場監管部門投訴。
