| 備注 1、制冷能力是在環境溫度35℃，進油溫度35℃，出油溫度30℃，油品為ISO VG32條件下測得。 2、用戶在選擇油冷機時，必須選擇油液需控制的溫度范圍(1)18℃-25℃ (2)25℃-35℃ (3)35℃-45℃ (4)45℃以上。本公司推薦液壓油合理的溫度控制范圍為35℃-45℃. 3、油冷機吸油口必須用硬管連接，且加裝過濾器。 4、吸油管長度不應超過1.5米，如超出必須加粗吸油口。 5、油冷機吸油口應靠近設備回油口，出油口應靠近設備供油口。 6、如吸油口太長，需將油泵與機組分離。 7、以上機組使用環境為5~42℃，42℃以上屬高溫機組，外形尺寸及相關參數會有所變更，請選型時注意。 8、參數表內為本公司標準機型，本公司接受客戶特殊訂貨。 Remark 1.Above cooling capacity base on the ambient temperature 35℃,oil inlet temperature 35℃,oil outlet temperature 30℃,oil quality is tested under condition ISO VG32. 2.The oil-cooling device is used to the hydraulic oil within 35℃~45℃,(recommended) 3.Oil inlet of chiller should be connectted by hard pipes and filter is mounted. 4.Length of pipe should not exceed 1.5M,if exceed,lager-size interface of oil inlet should be added. 5.Chiller should be close to oil supply inlet of equipment and oil outlet of chiller should be close to oil supply inlet of equipment. 6.Oil pump should be seperated from unit assembly if the oil inlet too long. 7.The chillers introduced above can be used within 5~42℃,if the chillers work above 42℃,the dimension and relative paramater will be changed,please pay more attention to the specification when making a choice. 8.Chiller type on the above table is standard,apeical order on requst. |
