換熱器的特點

1. 結構緊湊，容易安裝

使用了薄板片，換熱系數高，滯液量少；

僅相當于管殼式換熱器的20-30％；

3. 用水量少

換熱效率高，在同一冷卻工況下只需要相當于管殼式換熱器的1/3的冷卻水流量；

4. 經久耐用

能承受高溫（200℃)和高壓(3.0MPa)；

5. 污垢系數底

高端流降低了污垢系數，從而減少了清洗的次數。

釬焊板式換熱器的選材

1、整機主要采用316L超低碳不銹鋼。
