安陽市北斗星鋁塑分離機械有限責任公司，因廢舊覆銅電路板及邊角料處理分離設備、廢舊電線電纜和小排線分離處理設備、氣流及高壓靜電選礦設備的研制成功，原鋁塑分離的企業名稱已不能體現銅塑等其它物料分離的意義，故名稱自2007年將企業名稱變更為滑縣道口北斗星靜電分離設備廠。

本廠坐落在河南省安陽市滑縣衛西開發區，東有瓦崗古寨，西有殷商朝歌老城，緊倚大海線。企業占地面積2000多平米，正式職工26人，其中有高、中級職稱技術人員15人。專業從事廢舊鋁塑分離的設備有：鋁塑板、娃哈哈瓶蓋、鋁塑管、藥片包裝及邊角料等鋁塑復合材料的分離設備；銅塑分離設備有：廢舊電線、電纜、廢舊電路板覆銅板及邊角料、電路板鉆孔粉、銅塑管等銅塑復合材料的分離設備。其它有：高壓靜電選礦、塑料與沙子的分離、茶葉與茶桿的分離等任何導體與非導體的分離設備。

HL型節能環保型靜電分離機（又名高壓靜電分選機）是本廠和北京大學、中國礦業大學、中國靜電協會等多家大專院校及科研單位合作，在不斷吸收國內外各種分選技術的基礎上開發的節能環保型靜電分選機。通過多年的實踐與理論分析，獲得的最佳分選效果，分選后的雜質可小于1%，即分選效果最高可達99.9%，并且屬于完全物理分離，分離后各種材料的性質都不改變，不影響再生利用。該裝置首先電暈放電發生裝置使周圍空氣層產生電離，然后利用電容率的不同從粉碎物料中分離出金屬和塑料（導體和非導體）。

新裝置的優點在于無需用化學藥品來溶化廢棄物，因此不會對環境產生污染。它能夠把廢棄物中99%以上的金、銅、鋁等金屬與塑料分離開。

另外針靜電分離對廢舊電路覆銅板的分離純度高而產量比較小，我公司開發的多滾筒靜電分離機和根據粉碎后的電路板中銅粉與環氧樹脂粉的密度比重差距比較大的原理研制的廢舊電路板氣流分選機解決了分離產量問題。
