China Jiangsu Network September 24 (Economic News reporter Ding Jun correspondent Dajian) Recently, the Hanjiang Branch of Yangzhou Public Security Bureau carried out the work of cleaning up and rectifying rented houses, in order to further strengthen the management of rented houses, eliminate security risks and maintain social stability. Up to now, more than 3,200 pieces of information about registered temporary residents and 410 pieces of information about rented houses have been collected, and 12 criminal suspects have been arrested and 18 cases of various types have been cracked through inventory and data comparison.

據了解，該局各派出所按照“先集鎮周邊、先重點區域、后一般部位”的原則，對出租房屋逐一進行登記，重點檢查出租人登記戶口是否與實際情況相符，確保出租人信息能夠準確掌握。通過走訪承租戶，向業主和專門負責登記的人員宣傳法制，講解法律法規，與承租戶及相關人員簽訂責任書，落實管理責任，增強其法律意識和安全意識。
