Case demonstration of hydraulic station
The function of hydraulic system is to increase the acting force by changing the pressure. A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely, power component, executive component, control component, auxiliary component (accessories) and hydraulic oil. Hydraulic system can be divided into two categories: hydraulic transmission system and hydraulic control system. The main function of hydraulic transmission system is to transmit power and motion. The hydraulic control system needs to make the output of the hydraulic system meet the specific performance requirements. Usually, the hydraulic system mainly refers to the hydraulic transmission system.
液壓站由液壓油箱、液壓泵裝置和液壓控制裝置組成。液壓油箱配有空氣過濾器、濾油器、液位指示器和清潔孔。液壓泵裝置包括不同類型的液壓泵、驅動馬達以及它們之間的聯軸器。液壓控制裝置是指組成液壓系統的所有閥門元件及其連接件。
液壓泵站設計的基本原則和要求液壓傳動系統是水力機械的組成部分,液壓傳動系統的設計應與主機的總體設計同時進行。在開始設計時,一定要從實際情況出發,將各種傳動形式有機地結合起來,充分發揮液壓傳動的優勢,力求設計出結構簡單、工作可靠、成本低、效率高、操作簡單、維修方便的液壓傳動系統。
