山東百邁石磨發展有限公司的石磨是我國歷史悠久的傳統農業生產工具。它可以通過人力、畜力和水力使石磨做圓周運動，并通過磨的重力將收獲的顆粒狀谷物粉碎脫殼。這種生產工具是我國幾千年來在農業生產過程中逐漸發展和完善起來的重要生產工具，至今仍在許多農村地區使用。

　　磨主要指用人力或畜力將高粱、小米、大米等谷物脫殼或將大米碾成渣滓或面粉的石制工具。電氣化之前，這種工具在中國農村非常普遍。但由于時代發展很快，很少使用。也指類似于軋東西的工具:蒸汽輥、藥輥等。

　　The stone mill is made of white stone and is a tool for milling rice and flour. The stone mill consists of a circular plane grinding disk and a cylindrical roller. There is a hole in the middle of the grinding disk, in which a wooden column is inserted, which is the central axis of the whole stone mill. The grinding points are squared with wooden frames, one end of which is fixed on the central shaft, and a long wooden stick is inserted on the wooden frame in front of the grinding scale to push the grinding.

　　推這個磨至少需要兩個人。一人或多人推磨(牲畜也可)。需要一個人在磨后面一手推著滾筒，一手拿著掃把，把已經跳到磨邊的谷粒掃干凈，一圈一圈的推，一圈一圈的滾，直到一次又一次的碎粒結束。
